BotScript Factory ("the game") is an Android game developed by Enjoy your Time (Spain). This policy explains what data is processed when you use the game.
The game stores your progress in the device's internal storage (factory, the programs you write, upgrades, gameplay statistics, achievements, settings, whether you bought "Remove ads" and when the last ad was shown). This data is not sent to our servers (we have no servers). Uninstalling the game deletes it. The game does not take part in Android automatic backup.
The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google. To show ads, limit how often they appear, measure their performance and prevent fraud, the SDK may collect and send to Google:
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent tool (UMP) before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the game: Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).
Rewarded ads are optional: they are only shown when you tap the corresponding button.

The "Remove ads" purchase is made through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. The game only receives the purchase confirmation (product identifier and a purchase token) to activate the benefit and restore it if you reinstall the game. We do not receive or store your payment details.
If you sign in to Play Games from Settings, the game sends Google the achievements you unlock and your progress towards them, linked to your Play Games profile. Google handles them under its own privacy policy. If you do not sign in, nothing is sent and your achievements are stored only on your device.
The game is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at enjoyyourtime.online@gmail.com.
Since we have no accounts or servers, we do not hold personal data that we could access, correct or delete for you. For data processed by Google through AdMob or Google Play, you can exercise your rights with Google using your Google account and device tools. Google's SDKs send data encrypted (HTTPS). Game data stays on your device.
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address with a new effective date.
